Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements from clients in finance, investment, and FinTech sectors.
• Work closely with clients, Product Owner, UX/UI, and developers.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
• Create Functional Requirements, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Support development team in Agile/Scrum process.
• Participate in workshops, Sprint Planning, Review, and UAT.
• Ensure system quality meets client requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or relevant field.
• Fresh graduates with strong logical thinking are welcome.
• Strong communication skills.
• Creative thinking and willingness to propose new ideas.
• Responsible and good team player.
• Interest in finance, investment, or FinTech.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum is a plus.
